General International Law
Pascal Lamy, Director-General of the WTO, lectures on the main functions of the WTO and how it relates to the general system of international law.  Director-General Lamy explains that while focusing on international trade, the WTO recognizes the importance of non-trade concerns. He also explains how the WTO works with other international organisations and the UN in addressing world problems, in particular those relating to trade and development issues.
