CREDENTIALS FOR THE SECOND SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF STATE PARTIES Delegations are reminded that credentials for the second session of the Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court need to be issued for all representatives to the Assembly in accordance with rule 24 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of States Parties. Credentials of representatives, and the names of alternate representatives and advisers, should be submitted by 3 September 2003 to the Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs, room S3427A, United Nations Secretariat, 1 UN Plaza, New York, NY 10017, USA. From 8 September 2003, credentials should be submitted directly to the Secretary of the Credentials Committee, Mr. Anthony J. Miller, Room S - 3420A, if possible not later than 24 hours after the commencement of the session.
