PARTICIPATION OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE SECOND SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF STATES PARTIES Non-governmental organizations who participated either in the Rome Conference or any of the ten sessions of the Preparatory Commission held thereafter as well as all non-governmental organizations having consultative status with the Economic and Social Council are eligible for accreditation to the second session of the Assembly of States Parties provided that they submit directly, or through the Coalition for an International Criminal Court, a written request indicating the names of their representatives. The latter requests should be addressed to Ms. Mona Khalil, Legal Officer, Office of the Legal Counsel (Room S-3420B or by facsimile 212-963-6430), at the latest by Monday, 1 September 2003.
