    • The Chair of the Planning Group, Mr. Pavel Sturma, introduced the report of the Planning Group (A/CN.4/L.830). The Commission adopted the recommendations contained in the report of the Planning Group, as amended, and decided to include the topic “Crimes against humanity” in its long-term programme of work.
  • Protection of the Environment in Relation to Armed Conflicts
    • The Special Rapporteur, Ms. Marie G. Jacobsson, presented an oral report of the Informal consultations on the topic. The Commission took note of the oral report.
