On 8 September 2015, the United Nations Legal Counsel, Mr. Miguel de Serpa Soares, joined the co-chairs of the Ad Hoc Working Group of the Whole of the Regular Process for Global Reporting and Assessment of the State of the Marine Environment, including Socioeconomic Aspects, Ms. Fernanda Millicay of Argentina and Mr. João Madureira of Portugal, at the opening of the Sixth meeting of the Ad Hoc Working Group and delivered an opening statement.
The Legal Counsel delivered an opening statement at the Ad Hoc Working Group of the Whole.
