On 21 October 2015, the United Nations Legal Counsel, Mr. Serpa Soares, joined the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations, H.E. Ambassador OH Joon, and the Chairman of the 48th session of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), Professor Francisco Reyes Villamizar, in opening a seminar entitled "E-Commerce in the Context of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development", which was co-organized by the Mission of Korea, UNCITRAL and the International Chamber of Commerce. The seminar brought together a wide range of diplomats, practitioners and other experts, in particular from the private sector, to discuss e-commerce and dispute resolution in the context of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda."
