United Nations Legal Counsel speaks at Lisbon University Law School.

Returning to his alma mater, Lisbon University Law School, the United Nations Legal Counsel, Mr. Serpa Soares, participated on 11 and 12 September 2014 in the International Law Association Regional Conference entitled "Towards a Universal Justice? Putting International Courts and Jurisdictions into Perspective". In his keynote address, Mr. Serpa Soares traced the history of international courts, examined the proliferation of international courts and elaborated on the future logical development of the international judicial system.
