Examination of the scope, content and legal status of article 36 of the articles on responsibility of States for internationally wrongful acts. Examination of the scope of the topic, including internationally wrongful acts, compensation for the damage caused and scope ratione personae. Identification of issues and questions to be examined. Review of relevant judicial decisions and State practice. Discussion of the possible form of work and organization and schedule of work.
