Peaceful settlement of disputes
At its sixty-second (2010) and sixty-third (2011) sessions, the International Law Commission held a general debate on the peaceful settlement of disputes. In 2010, the Commission had before it a Note by the Secretariat on settlement of dispute clauses (A/CN.4/623), and, in 2011, a Working Paper on the peaceful settlement of disputes (A/CN.4/641).
