    • The Commission adopted Chapter IV on State responsibility as well as Chapter III (Specific issues on which comments would be of particular interest to the Commission) and Chapter IX (Other decisions and conclusions of the Commission).
    • The Commission adopted its report of the fifty-second session as a whole and thus concluded its work.
